Founder and CEO
Tanisha Moore, leads MBMG’s tax, audit and advisory practices. Her work is anchored in professional rigor, transparent communication and disciplined financial execution. With experience spanning individual tax, business strategy, multi-entity reporting, audit support and high-performance client planning, Tanisha provides clients with clarity and strategic direction across every engagement. She is responsible for firm-wide quality standards, client advisory frameworks, assurance practices and advanced planning strategies for individuals, business owners and high-complexity clients.

Gabriel Mitogo
Principal
Gabriel Mitogo, MSc, leads MBMG’s government and public-sector service offerings with a focus on Human Capital and Payroll (HCM), payroll accuracy, labor compliance and operational improvement. His professional background includes extensive experience in workforce systems, internal controls, staffing structure evaluation and payroll oversight in both private and public-sector environments.
Gabriel ensures government agencies and organizations receive reliable, compliant and well-documented financial and workforce support. His work emphasizes structured analysis, organizational clarity and a deep understanding of agency requirements.
Francis Aburam
Accounting Director
Francis Aburam is a commercially astute Certified Chartered Accountant with Big 4 experience and a strong record of building trusted client relationships. He has extensive experience providing accounting, audit, tax, assurance, and advisory services to complex manufacturing, financial, and mining organizations across local and international markets. He has also supported businesses in designing and implementing effective accounting systems, reporting frameworks, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial management.
Francis is a Fellow of the ACCA (UK) and a member of ICAG (Ghana) and the IIA (Global). He holds a BSc in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and an International Executive MBA in Banking and Finance from the Paris Graduate School of Management (France). He is proficient in QuickBooks Online Advanced, Xero, MYOB, Zoho Books, and Fathom.
Jade Boucher, Chartered Accountant (SA)
Audit Director
Jade Boucher is a registered Chartered Accountant in South Africa with more than 12 years of audit management and accounting experience, specializing in the not-for-profit sector. She has extensive experience providing audit and accounting services to a wide range of organizations and has supported clients in strengthening financial reporting and internal control processes. Her background reflects a strong commitment to governance, compliance, and financial integrity.
Jade holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (BAcc) degree from Rhodes University. She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Julie Crawford
Director of Operations
Originally from Barbados, Julie is a graduate of Rice University and a former Division I track and field athlete. She brings extensive experience in client-facing service delivery and operational execution, with a professional background in pharmaceutical sales as well as community-based fundraising. Julie has successfully led operations and coordinated large-scale events involving multiple stakeholders, demonstrating strong organizational leadership, relationship management, and execution skills. As Director of Operations, Julie oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow, process efficiency, and an exceptional client experience. With a strong background in operational leadership and service delivery, Julie drives internal systems, team coordination, and strategic initiatives that support the firm’s growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Sandra Reid, CPA

Sandra brings over 25 years of experience spanning Big Four public accounting, Fortune 500 corporations, and private equity–backed companies. A graduate of the University of Houston, she brings deep technical accounting expertise and advises clients on the proper application of accounting standards across the energy, manufacturing, and technology sectors. As Subject Matter Expert (SME), Sandra serves as a trusted technical authority within the firm, providing advanced guidance on complex accounting, tax, and regulatory matters. With deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and industry-specific standards, Sandra supports both clients and internal teams by ensuring the accurate application of accounting principles and evolving tax laws. Leveraging extensive experience across public accounting and private industry, Sandra advises on technical research, complex transactions, multi-entity structures, and high-level strategic planning. Through technical excellence and practical insight, she helps ensure that every engagement reflects the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
